Happy to report that our condo is officially rented until May 2011. The family that checked it out on Thursday applied, were approved and signed the lease on Monday! Cheers to minimized loss of rental income!

- Born and raised in California, we moved to Denver, Colorado in April of 2006 for Gina's work. We bought a townhome, adopted a puppy, and got hitched, but now we're back in California living in San Francisco while we get settled and figure out where we want to live in the long run and that's where we are today...
