Dear Passport Visa Express,
When I pay $79.99 for you to process my Brazilian visa in 14 business days I expect you to deliver on this. I understand the Houston Brazilian Consulate "has delays" however I could have worked with them directly to obtain my visa. I chose to work through your organization because of the 14 day guarantee. Perhaps if you KNOW they have delays you should offer a cheaper service for, say, 21 business days. I don't give two shits about the delays. I paid for 14 business day turnaround. I want my money back. And my visa. And passport.
