TV is the DEVIL

You know, I realized tonight that my TV is Satan.

I'm trying to be healthy, trying to eat right, exercise more, etc. but NOOOOOOO....there's always a commercial on for KFC's buttery biscuits or perhaps Taco Bell's newest cheesy something or other. Or maybe a Sausage McMuffin....no? How about some of those stupid Doughboy's cinnamon rolls? Maybe some Kraft Macaroni and Cheese?

Why are there NEVER any commercials about celery sticks? Or lettuce? Maybe some steamed broccoli? Perhaps some melba toast?

Screw you, TV.

An Apple A Day...

We're making real headway on the fruit and veggie plan. Yesterday, my very own Bri Bri ate a WHOLE apple while at work. He took it (voluntarily) from the fruit bowl for his lunch, and although it took him 3 hours to finish, he ate it.
